Cliff Scott, Operations Manager Savage-Harrington Energy Services
Cliff Scott has been with Savage – Harrington in Amarillo, Texas since 2014 as the Operations Manager for the Harrington Station coal operation. Previously, Cliff retired as a lieutenant Colonel with the US Army after 33 years of service. He has a diversified background commanding soldiers, military Counter-Intelligence and project management throughout the U.S., South America, Europe and the Middle East. Cliff is known for his people skills, attention to detail and extensive leadership background.

Erick Dieperink, Operations Manager, Luminant Martin Lake SES
After graduating from Auburn University with a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1997, Erick Dieperink spent 13 years working for International Paper in Alabama. During this time he held various roles in maintenance and operations in Power and other areas of the Paper Mill. Erick joined Luminant in 2010 as a Production Superintendent and is currently the Operations Manager at Martin Lake SES. He resides in Longview, TX with his wife, Stephanie and their two daughters.


Bob Taylor, President, CoalSafety
Bob Taylor has over 30+ years of experience in the electric power industry, Bob has extensive background in combustible dust, coal, fire protection, occupational safety & health, management systems, and security. Bob recently retired from American Electric Power however he continues to be active world-wide in safely handling coal and managing combustible dust. He has served on the PRB Board of Directors since 2002 and has been Chairman-Board of Director twice. Bob is currently serving as Secretary of the PRB Coal Users’ Group. He is also a principal member of a number of NFPA Technical Committees focused on combustible dust and electric generating plants.
